Foamposite and Penny fans were in for a pricey treat today as the $500 "Penny" Pack officially released. The two shoe pack featured both the Nike Air Penny 6 and the "Sharpie" Nike Air Foamposite One. For collectors, the main draw was the Sharpies as it commemorated a dope moment in Penny's career.

As dope as the pack was, the staggering $500 price point probably prevented collectors from copping. But for those who missed out on the Sharpies because of a lack of funds, a DIY video posted on YouTube by TheShoeGame's Ray P illustrates just how easy it is to make your very own pair of Sharpies. Taking a Sharpie marker and a pair of previously released Foams, P goes to work in producing his own "affordable" version of the Foams. Obviously, creating this custom isn't exactly rocket science. But for fans curious to see what the application would actually look like, now have a video they can reference.

Before you go jump into creating your own pair, heed Ray P's warning as he lets fans know that the Sharpie ink doesn't stick to the Foam material for long and eventually rubs off. So if you are dead set on customizing your pair of Foams, make sure you use a more permanent solution or be prepared for constant retouching.
