The Game and Fat Joe may not have the same grip on the rap game that they enjoyed during the 2000s, but both emcees are still putting in serious work, and we don’t mean in the recording booth. For The Game, he’s gone from soft and flabby to a chiseled physique, while Joe has made an even more dramatic transformation that saw him shed well over 100 pounds and put his moniker in jeopardy.

In fact, Joe’s been training relentless over the last few years, so much so that he hasn’t dropped an official album since 2010. One scroll through his Twitter timeline will show you that he’s in the gym more than the studio these days. He even popped up at the 2014 MLB All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball game, hitting the bases like a young Mike Trout, and walked the runway at New York Fashion Week. It’s safe to say Joe isn’t stressin’ much these days.

Meanwhile, The Game’s change has been more about perfecting an already strong frame. He’s the kind of guy who isn’t shy about sharing his progress on Instagram, and he’s always kept fans in the loop over the years. Unfortunately, he’s not as consistent when it comes to sticking with Instagram accounts, and many of his pictures have been lost after changing handles. Luckily, we were able to track down some of the best deleted shots, which you’ll find below.

The Game's Far From Modest, but He Deserves to Brag a Bit After All That Hard Work.
