Adidas Originals latest collection with Pharrell has a festive feel with the global superstar using "Polka Dots" as the recurring theme.
Featured on the adidas Stan Smith, the "Polka Dot" collection features a total of six Stan Smiths and six track jackets. The initial delivery, dubbled "Polka Dot Small," incorporates an all-over pattern of small printed dots with contrasting dots decorating the tongue accompanied by a trio of satin jackets. The second delivery, "Polka Dot Big," continues the theme with large, white dots embroidered on all-over solid colored uppers along with leather track jackets.
This latest release from Pharrell and adidas continues P's message of ‘Equality is love visualized. It is a symbol of affection, the action of affection. Equality is everything from a greeting to a declaration of true love. In all its forms. It is ACCEPTANCE. It is LOVE. It is STRENGTH.’
The collection hits select retailers, concept shops, and adidas flagship locations beginning Friday, November 28 with the shoes and jackets retailing at $125. The second installment is slated to hit stores at some point in December with the shoes coming in at $150 and the jackets at a cool $1,000.
