The NBA regular season tips off in two months and Chris Paul's next signature sneaker was officially unveiled today by Jordan Brand. The CP3.VIII is the star point guard's eighth signature sneaker under the Jumpman and features design elements and technical specs to elevate Paul's game.
Equipped with a lightweight textile upper, the CP3.VIII was built for speed and quickness. To support lateral cuts and quick bursts, the sneaker was designed to promote maximum stability with its TPU chassis. There's also an innersleeve that provides a sock-like fit for supreme lockdown and comfort. Underneath is Nike's signature Zoom unit for responsive cushioning and a unique outsole design for multi-directional traction.
In addition to these technical properties, the sneaker also features personal elements like a family tree and a Chevron logo.
Look for Paul's signature sneaker to launch on November 1 in two colorways—"Black/Infrared 23/White" and "Cool Grey/White/Black." Box price is $130 and the sneakers will be available on Nike.com and through Jordan Brand retailers.
