The next chapter of Under Armour's Alter Ego series has arrived. Previously, we've seen UA release a special set of base layers and gloves inspired by some of comic's biggest superheros. Today, we get our first look at the latest installment of the Alter Ego series in the form of UA Alter Ego Highlight Cleats.
Made with the latest UA cleat technology, the UA Clutchfit is a specially designed second skin that custom forms to your ankle providing supreme support during play. Also included in the cleat is V56 technology which was designed to prevent the growing problem in athletes today, turf toe. Finally, the UA PlasmaX foot plate was added to utilize the natural motion of the foot for increased traction and explosiveness.
The UA Alter Ego Highlight Cleat is available in five superhero design colorways including the Hulk, Captain America, Batman, the Flash, and Superman, which was worn by Cam Newton during warm-ups this year.
