The adidas ZX8000 was first introduced in 1989, and since then it had been revived many times throughout the '90s. It was a pioneer in both its technology and its trendsetting ability. Adidas decided to switch things up, and for the 25-year anniversary and have created the ZX Flux, which introduces new technology as well as a new silhouette.

Noticeably cleaner and simpler, adidas wipes the shoes clean of all excess and focuses on the performance aspect. The ZX Flux is introduced in a deep navy upper with a stark white sole. The heel cage for support can be seen, as well as the iconic Three Stripes across the sides leaves these sneakers with a truly understated look.

Adidas plans to release the ZX Flux sometime this spring or summer.
