Nike is releasing its Air Max 180 Summit Pack tomorrow, and heads are getting a chance to rediscover the history of the 1992 sneaker with two original color schemes.
Nike is bringing back a purple, gold, and white pair that Jordan wore during the 1992 Summer Olympics when the Dream Team shit down the throats of international basketball, and a magenta, white, and pink pair that's another original make-up.
The sneakers have a price point of $120 and are available at Nike Sportswear retailers. This is an opportunity to have runners that fiends have been dying to have for years and years. The Air Max 180, unfortunately, has fallen into under-usage since the brand dropped the History of Air Pack in 2006 for the release of the Air Max 360, but it's now back. The love of runners has stretched far beyond those who reside in obscure European cities, and a quick sell-through of this pack would ensure more and more OG drops from Nike's storied archives.
Everyone wants to see retro sneakers released as similiar as possible to their original silhouettes, and this pack is just that. If there isn't a near-by Nike Sportswear retailer, expect the sneakers to be available on Nike Sportswear's website.
