After months of speculation and leaked images, at long last, Nike has unveiled the official launch date of Kobe Bryant's next signature shoe.
Nike is expected to unveil the Kobe 9 at a special event in Los Angeles on Wednesday, December 4, 2014. So far, that's all the information the Swoosh has divulged in regards to the new Kobe shoe. From the little we've seen and heard so far though, the Nike Kobe 9 is expected to be a performance thoroughbred with some unique design elements inspired by the "Black Mamba" himself--most notably the high-top silhouette rather than the standard low-cut we're used to seeing in previous Kobe models.
