On October 19th, all of you sneakerheads should definitely bring your sneaker copping appetites with you to your closest retailer. Dropping on the previously mentioned day will be the “Peanut Butter & Jelly” colorway for the Nike KD VI. In paying tribute to one of his favorite foods, KD decided to create a pair of kicks in honor of the legendary snack. Sporting a vibrant laser orange upper, this upcoming release also comes fully equipped with raspberry red and black accents to provide some sort of balance for this delicious retail treat. The one thing that puts the food-inspired cherry on this KD cake is the Swoosh, simply because it looks like it is dripping raspberry jelly. While this is indeed an interesting concept, this color scheme falls right in line with all the other high-energy offerings we have seen release from the KD line thus far. Since a large majority of KD’s colorway choices revolve are specific to either his life or his interests, you definitely can’t deny that this is a great look for PB&J sandwiches everywhere. All jokes aside, these joints will be arriving at retailers this Saturday, so make sure you all have your bread right to cop.
