Nike’s Free Flyknit has made a big impact in a short amount of time and Sneaker Report has been fortunate enough to bring you all the news concerning the Free. The women's version of the Free Flyknit will be getting a new design for a great cause in this month.

Celebrating ten years of the Nike Women’s Marathon in San Francisco, the Nike Free Flyknit+ is available in a special double pack that carries the marker of a large “X” on each shoe’s insole, signifying 10 years of the event’s history in northern California. The Women’s Marathon itself is a benefit to raise money for the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to continue cancer research and effectively find a cure for the disease.

The Nike X Collection comes in a "Blue / Aqua" or "Black / Aqua" combination, both of which look great, but the performance benefits are most telling. The knit sock upper of the Free Flyknit+ makes for a closer, snug fit, and puts your feet right next to the Dynamic Flywire technology which encourages dynamic support however and wherever your feet move. The Phylite midsole/outsole reduces shoe weight and allows for the Free technology to move right as your feet move, ergonomically and safely. (Not to mention, the shoe is Nike+-enabled.)
