Even by the decidedly different aesthetic standards of the early '90s, the Nike Air Trainer SC II was out of control. A lowtop masquerading as a mid via a popped collar, the SC II featured Visible Air in the heel, a Velcro strap on the forefoot, and a very serious technical look.
