As we get closer and closer to the debut of Luke Cage, the next Marvel show to hit Netflix, we're given a preview of Cottonmouth, the main villain that Harlem's bulletproof hero will be going up against.
Played by House of Cards' Mahershala Ali, we're given a taste of how brutal he is as we watch him impose his authority on some poor soul. The upcoming Marvel and Netflix series has been described as 'superheroes meets The Wire' . Furthermore the events in 'Luke Cage' will eventually lead up to The Defenders, which will see Daredevil, Jessica Jones Iron Fist and the aforementioned Luke Cage finally team-up.
Luke Cage will streaming on Netflix from September 30.
