Captain America Reveals He's a Hydra Agent, Instantly Becomes Meme

It's like that panel was designed to be photoshopped.

This week the first issue of the new Captain America series dropped, and Marvel promised a shocking reveal. And it didn’t disappoint: the final page had Cap announce that he has been a sleeper agent for the evil Hydra organisation all this time. 

Ok, so nothing in comics is forever, and this is just the first part of the story, so it will almost definitely end up with Cap back on the side of good. Still, this didn’t stop people being pissed:

But like everything on the internet, it quickly got turned into a meme.

The final page, where Cap says the now-immortal line "Hail Hydra!" seemed almost intentionally designed to photoshop something else into it. So quickly we got things like this:
