In case you missed it, the 2013 Emmy nominations were announced by Neil Patrick Harris and Aaron Paul this morning in Los Angeles. Big surprise, it looks about the same as last year's list, with regulars like Breaking Bad, HomelandModern Family, and The Big Bang Theory making unsurprising appearances, but there were a few newbies to recognize as well: Netflix's original series House of Cards made it on the Outstanding Drama Series ballot, and Kerry Washington became the first African-American actress to earn a Outstanding Lead Actress In a Drama Series nomination since Cicely Tyson in 1995. And Arrested Development got a nod!
