2 oz. Herredura Blanco
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Agave Nectar
2 strawberries and 4 basil leaves
Radeberger Pilsner 

Method: Muddle strawberries and basil leaves. Shake and strain through a sifter (to remove pulp) into a rocks glass full of ice. Top with Radeberger pilsner. Garnish with a 1-1 ratio chili pepper/salt rim around the top of the rocks glass and add a whole strawberry and basil leaf for garnish. [Courtesy of Red Rooster Harlem]
