A German man got quite the shock when he ordered a dominatrix who turned out to be a man. Michael Kollar is now suing the man, who goes by "Lady Gina," following the December 2011 incident, claiming bodily harm and sexual coercion. The 30-year-old Kollar told the court "In our internet chat, Lady Gina assured me that she was absolutely real and of course she was a woman." "But when I arrived, a man opened the door. I was held, pushed down the stairs, and was going to be locked in the cellar," he added.

Kollar ran to a kebab shop in the area, where the owner, Mehmet Solar, recalls him begging for help. "I was just about to close up, and he came in wearing a torn T-shirt and his trousers round his knees," Solar said. ""He asked me to call the police." Lady Gina, aka Uwe Bayer, had a very different story.

According to the 50-year-old Bayer, Kollar knew exactly what to expect. Bayer is divorced with two daughters, and works as a comedian and casting agent for adult films. His attorney, Christian Stunkel, says that Bayer doesn't deny the entire encounter, but says most of what went on was what he and Kollar agreed to.
