Nokia wasn't the only mobile phone heavyweight to announce new products today. Motorola Mobility, now owned by Google, unveiled its own new line of RAZR phones.
First up is the Droid RAZR HD, which as you might have guessed, is an update on last year's Droid RAZR. The new model boasts a 4.7-inch 1196 x 720 resolution Super AMOLED HD display with ColorBoost technology, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 4G LTE, 1GB of RAM, NFC, an 8-megapixel rear camera and 16 GB of storage.
The Droid RAZR MAXX HD is essentially identical to the RAZR HD, but packs a whopping 3,300 mAH battery capable of an advertised 32 hours of battery life with 13 hours of video playback. It also has a larger 32 GB hard drive.
Also announced was the Droid RAZR M, a smaller, thicker mid-range device with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display. It's got 1 GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel camera, a 1.5 ghz dual-core processor and comes in both black and white.
All of the RAZR phones are shipping with Android 4.0 ICS and support Verizon's 4G LTE network.
The RAZR M will sell for just $99 and begins shipping next week. Price and availability haven't yet been announced for the RAZR HD and the RAZR MAXX HD.
