Bethesda was not joking when they promised to reveal more about the PC version of Skyrim's "Dawnguard" expansion this week—the DLC is now available on Steam, it turns out. Bethesda apparently announced the news at QuakeCon.
Earlier today the Steam achievements appeared online, so we figured it was only a matter of time before the DLC hit Steam as well. But we honestly wouldn't have guessed that it'd happen this very afternoon.
Still, it seems as if there's something missing…something to do with Sony…ah, if we think of it, we'll let you know.
Here's the official description of "Dawnguard:" "The Vampire Lord Harkon has returned to power. Using the Elder Scrolls, he seeks to do the unthinkable - to end the sun itself. Will you join the ancient order of the Dawnguard and stop him, or will you yourself become a Vampire Lord? Featuring an all new faction questline, new locations, weapons, creatures and more; the ultimate choice will be yours."
