If the only thing stopping you from buying a sweet gaming rig online has been your desire to try before you buy, you're not going to have an excuse for much longer. Custom gaming PC manufacturer iBUYPOWER has announced a partnership with Best Buy that will see their line of high-end PCs for sale in the retail stores across the country.

Best Buy's fortunes have not been great lately, with 50 stores closed and 400 jobs axed last month, and the CEO leaving the company earlier this week. This move could attract a new demographic to the stores and bolster their profits. We're guessing that's the idea, at least.

“Partnering with Best Buy has been a longtime goal and marks a significant milestone in our company’s history,” said iBUYPOWER VP Darren Su. “This partnership aligns iBUYPOWER with Best Buy, the premiere consumer electronics retailer in North America.”

The PCs range from $500-$1500. Would you buy a gaming rig from Best Buy or would you rather build your own? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.
