Complex says: If you looked across the aisle on the train or on your flight, chances are you saw someone with an e-reader. According to reports, e-reader sales increased by 79 percent, with nearly 6.6 million units sold in 2010. Amazon recently announced its third-generation Kindle was the best-selling product in the online retailer’s history, and strong performances by Barnes & Noble's NOOK and Sony Readers helped pave the way for the monumental sales surge. Projections have 11 million units being sold in 2011.
