UPDATED 7/14/17: Jay Z's rollout for 4:44 continues as he shares the video for the project's title track. "4:44" made waves for lyrics that directly addressed Hov's situation with Beyoncé, including his infidelity.
The video features footage of Eartha Kitt, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Solo Lucci talking about being shot, the viral Leprechaun clip, and Jay Z and Beyoncé performing "Drunk in Love."
Previously, Jay released the video for "The Story of O.J." along with a "footnotes" version that includes commentary from Kendrick Lamar, Trevor Noah, Chris Rock, and more.
Tidal subscribers can watch the TNEG (Arthur Jafa, Elissa Blount-Moorhead, and Malik Sayeed) directed video for "4:44" above, while non-subscribers can check out a 30-second preview. Complex spoke with Hannah Williams, who is sampled on "4:44," to find out how that process took place. You can read that interview here.
