Kid CudiĀ showed fans that he is fully back early Thursday morning with a performance of "Kitchen" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Cudi performed the track, which is from his latest albumĀ Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin',Ā during a rare moment in the public spotlight.Ā
Cudi has been largely laying low since he checked into rehab for depression back in October. He has done the occasional performance and guest spotāand somehow even managed to get involved in some beefābut he has otherwise been mostly out of sight. But singing for Fallon and his national television audience seemed to mark Cudi's full return to public life.
His performance was met with mixed reviews, but to us, it's just good to see him back on stage and making headlines for his music again.
