Rich Homie Quan and T.I.G. (Think It's A Game) Records have officially settled their lawsuit. According to a press release, Quan and the label set aside their differences and negotiated some mutually agreeable terms out of court. “I feel like LeBron James, I’m ready and looking forward to ending 2016 with a bang, my fans will not be disappointed,” Quan said in the press release. "It will be cinematic. Just like a movie." Think It's A Game's CEO Fly also sounded upbeat, saying, “I am going to keep it short and sweet. We are family! We started together and we are going to finish together. It’s been a long ride, but get ready for greatness."

Quan originally brought a $2 million lawsuit against the label last year, claiming it had underpaid him on his hit songs like "Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)" and "Type of Way." Think It's A Game later counter-sued him, alleging he had not fully reported all of his earnings to them from "unauthorized" song releases.

In a statement, Quan's manager said, “I feel relieved and I am glad that it came to an end. I never worried about us settling, because I knew my faith and trust in God would see us through."

Quan's career has been in a bit of a holding pattern as of late. His last hit was "Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)" way back in early 2015. There's been promises that his debut album was finally on the horizon, but the lawsuit tied up his releases. Hopefully, with everything settled, he can get back to dropping new material.
