Dr. Phil appeared on The Late Late Show and proceeded to offer host James Corden his opinion on Kanye West's recent Twitter rants. When asked what he thinks is wrong with West, the TV psychologist responded, "Does it really take a professional [to diagnose West]?" He then concluded that the rapper is spewing out the tweets for publicity as part of our over-sharing, narcissistic culture where everyone thinks they have an audience. "You can't be wrong that many times in a row unless you're working at it. He just gets up, says something, and so here we are talking about it, so it's working." Fellow Late Late Show guest Bow Wow chimed in and defended West by calling him an artist who is very, very passionate, like over-passionate, in what he does.

Of course, Kanye recently set the internet on fire with his random tweeting sprees. Over the last few weeks he's promised to win 100 Grammys before he dies, stated that he's $53 million in personal debt, and asked Facebook founder Mark Zukerberg for a donation...on Twitter. The discussion comes only shortly after Chelsea Handlerpublicly called out West on his antics, proclaiming he is "not stable and he's delusional. And now he'll have a mental breakdown in front of everybody." There have also been rumors that matriarch and momager Kris Jenner is reportedly concerned the rapper is "damaging" the family brand with his most recent actions. Just another day in the life of Kanye West. On a good note, his new album, The Life of Pablo, is reportedly doing wonders for Tidal's numbers in 2016.
