Chicago's Rockie Fresh shares his new mixtape, The Night I Went To..., featuring 13 tracks and appearances from heavyweights Ed Sheeran, Chris Brown, and Rick Ross. His new work is a collection of club-ready tunes intermittent with slowed-down jams, which will appeal to a mainstream audience as well as his longtime fans.
The title references a 40-date tour in which he wrote music in various cities he visited throughout the trek. Rockie also says this is his most personal project to date. “I’ve gone through a lot in my personal life over the last two years and I have a lot to talk about, which has been therapeutic. I am extremely proud of this project.”
The Maybach Music signee has collaborated with a handful of big names in the game, all the while making a solid name for himself since his MMG roster addition in 2012. We haven't heard much from Fresh in the past two years, but the wait was definitely worth it. Stream it below:
