Known mostly for her role as Manny Santos on Degrassi, Cassie Steele is shedding her past and stepping forward into music. Having been singing since she was three and writing songs since she was in elementary school, Cassie is no rookie. Even while starring on the hit teen drama, she was steadily working on her craft in between seasons. When talking with her, she illustrated that music has always been separate from acting and deserved her full attention. Having given it such, she is ready with her new single "Mad."
