Jay-Z's new album Magna Carta Holy Grail might have just gained a little more attention—if that's even possible. Looks like Jay plans on using some of Kurt Cobain's classic lyrics.

In a recent interview, Courtney Love said that Jay-Z recently cleared lyrics from Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit." Courtney gave Jay permission after he allowed her to cover "99 Problems" during her performance at Sundance Film Festival earlier this year.

Despite Love's claims, it is unknown how Jay plans on using the lyrics, it could be for a cover or he could just do an interpolation of Kurt's lyrics.

Either way, Jay's new album just got a little more interesting. Magna Carta Holy Grail drops July 4.
