Premiere: J. Money f/ 2 Chainz "Trap Doin' Numbers"

J. Money returns.

None

J. Money is a rapper who gained some nominal fame in Atlanta a few years back with songs like "First Name, Last Name" back in the late-'00s. He was, for a time, affiliated with Yung LA—both rappers had similar sing-song rap styles. He was also a member of a group called the Black Migo Gang, a trio that included Future and Young Scooter. The group's song "Smashin'" appeared on J. Money's Mr. Futuristic mixtape.

The group had a falling out around the time J. Money first gained some regional fame; now, of course, Future and Scooter are both much bigger stars. After having recovered from a shooting at the "Hold Up" video shoot last summer—J. Money was hit six times—the rapper is attempting to kickstart his own career again, with the mixtape The Medication dropping tomorrow. One new track from the project, which features a hilarious/eyeroll-enducing verse from 2 Chainz, is now here for your listening enjoyment.
