Chris Brown's Latest Car Accident May Be Sending Him to Prison

According to TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating Chris Brown, and it's not for his house of horrors graffiti this time.

Brown apparently got in a fender bender in LA and refused to give the driver he rear-ended his information—and provided her with some incorrect insurance information, too. TMZ has obtained some video from the scene of his incident.

However, Brown is still on probation after pleading guilty to felony assault of Rihanna in 2009. Brown, at the time, was sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community service—which means he is still currently on probation.

As TMZ reports, if there's cause to believe he left the scene of the car accident without disclosing proper information required by law, Brown may have violated his probation and would then face up to four years in prison.
