Today has been a very hectic day for Pro Era. After Joey Bada$$ announced on Twitter the name of his new album and the posthumous mixtape of the late Capital Steez, crew member Kirk Knight dropped his new track, "Early Morning Motivation."
Self-produced, the song is really laid back, perfect for today's vibe. The hook sounds excellent, something perhaps unexpected from a detractor of the entire crew. Kirk shows that he can stand out on his own, dropping bars about overcoming the day-to-day obstacles of life and the larger issues of the world. Perhaps there will be a solo mixtape from Knight soon.
