Before Dreamchasers 2, his deal with Maybach Music Group, and a string of buzzing mixtapes, Meek Mill was just a determined young rapper from the streets of Philadelphia. We're getting some footage of that today through some video footage of a teen-aged Mill spitting over "Dipset Anthem." It's crazy to hear how dude's voice pretty much sounds the same and, of course, the fact that he could rap so well at a young age. Peep the video above.
