Shakira just might be seeing green -- a whole lot of it -- soon if her deal with Sony and Live Nation goes through as it's being reported. According to the New York Post and Hollywood Reporter, the two music companies are close to signing the Colombian singer for anywhere from $30 million to $60 million. The deal states that her music, merchandising, and sponsorship profits will be split by Live Nation and Sony, the latter of which will distribute any new music she releases.
