The One of a Kind Music Access bus, presented by Dr Pepper, pulled up to its next stop, Tallahassee, Florida, home of T-Pain and the FAMU Marching 100.

Complex's OJ Lima spoke with a musician who knows his brass, Preservation Hall Jazz Band director and tuba player, Ben Jaffe. His band is truly unique, with fourth and fifth generation musicians, and a namesake venue that dates to the 18th Century. The band is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, making it one of the most important American musical groups, in jazz or any genre.

There are still 14 more stops on the One of a Kind Music Access road trip, so keep checking in with Complex for more videos, pics, and updates.
