Like-minded West Coast garage rockers Ty Segall and Tim Presley, aka White Fence, joined forces to record a tripped-out, distortion-drenched album, Hair. While we'll have to wait until later this month to hear the entire project via Drag City, you can get a gritty sampling right now by watching their performance of "Scissor People" live at Room 205. Those of you with a penchant for snarling, raw guitar-driven rock should be marking April 24 on your calendars. That's when Hair drops.
