Scott Storch’s downfall with his drug problems continues to spiral. The legendary hip-hop producer is being sued by Treena Ruberg, who claims that she paid him a ton of money to produce her album. The aspiring singer paid Storch $45,000 for songs in October 2011, with $30,000 being paid up front.

Ruberg’s lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, says that Storch acknowledged that he had a past drug addiction, but promised to deliver the tracks by the end of November. However, Storch, who has worked with Dr. Dre, Beyonce and others, failed to provide any new music to Ruberg.

Ruberg claims that he “continued to have a drug addiction and other personal problems which rendered him incapable of producing any recordings." As of now, she is requesting her $30,000 back, including an additional $70,000 for expenses that range from studio time, plane tickets and incidentals.
