So you might have heard about how an alleged former assistant for Flo Rida is now suing the rapper because she said she was fired for confronting him over low wages. Well, the Carol City, Fla. spitter has officially responded to her claims via the folks at TMZ. Rida's team said that the women was never actually hired but served as an unpaid volunteer. And after she exhibited unspecified "behavior [that] was inappropriate for the workplace," he said that he had to let her go. He then gave the following statement on the whole situation:
