For Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International, a wide range of artists took on classic Dylan tunes and gave the songs their own flavor. Musicians that took part in the project include Ziggy Marley, My Morning Jacket, Lenny Kravitz, Joan Baez, and dozens of others, but one name stuck out: Miley Cyrus.
This isn't her first unlikely cover. Last year she took on Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit," but this shows her in a different light. Check out the official video for the pop singer's cover of the folksy "You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go" above. If you're expecting it to be horrible, you might be in for a surprise.
