Watch as the house band takes center stage.

The Roots typically play a background role on Jimmy Fallon's show. As the house band, they sometimes join in for the music performance and occasionally take subliminal shots at guests, but besides that, they attention they get is pretty limited.

To celebrate the release of their new album Undun, the Philly band took center stage for a change to perform two tracks. They brought along Bilal, and ?uestlove killed it on drums, as expected. Watch "Tip The Scale" above and "The Other Side" below.
