The American Music Awards show will take place at The Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, Sunday November, 20 on ABC and this year, Pitbull and Nicki Minaj were the lucky people announcing this year's nominees.
In the Hip-Hop/Rap "Favotire Album" category, Kanye West and Jay-Z'sWatch The Throne will go up against two YMCMB nominees: Lil Wayne's The Carter IV and Nicki Minaj with Pink Friday. The R&B "Favorite Album" category has Beyonce's 4 against Rihanna with Loud and Chris Brown's F.A.M.E.
The "Artist Of The Year" category is bombarded with estrogen, with Adele, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift battling it out with the lonely male artist, Lil Wayne.
