Jay-Z knows a star when he sees one (or hears one, rather). That is why the rapper-turned-businessman has just signed buzzing producer Jahlil Beats to his uprising Roc Nation label. The young beatmaker, who's produced for artists such as Lil Wayne, Vado, Fabolous, Meek Mill, and many, many more, will be joining an impressive lineup of producers including No I.D., J. Cole, Stargate, and Chase and Status.

Shout out to Jahlil for putting on for us Young Producers in PA. Back in '09 we would Email back in forth and he'd give me Pointers on my Beats. He's a real down to Earth Person and all around kool Dude in General. He deserves this, and being on the same team as Producers like No I.D and Cole will only help him Improve.

Been a big fan of Jahlil's work since Guddaville. He's such an amazing hard worker and will put Chester, PA on the map. I thought he'd sign MMG cause he's so tight with Meek Mill. Oh well, congrats man!
