This is getting ridiculous. We just went over the history of Lil Wayne getting sued less than two weeks ago, and here we are again, relaying stories of Weezy's legal drama. This time, the music in question is the production on "How To Love."

According to TMZ, rapper Rich Rick claims that he bought the beat from the Drummer Boyz sometime between 2006 and 2009, but in 2010 the production team went and pitched the beat to Wayne. Obviously he liked it, and now the song is a hit.

Rich Rick is allegedly suing for everything the Drummer Boyz are earning under the current agreement with Tunechi, plus 10% interest.
