For those who purchased Kid Cudi'sMan On The Moon II: The Legend Of Mr. Rager album, there was some goodies that came inside the package. A lyric book with all the lyrics from the album, and a bonus DVD. While some of the footage from the DVD was released for music videos and teasers as promo for the album, the documentary was never released officially in full.
