Here's one for irony: Afroman, who we all know for his hit song "Because I Got High," was sued for forgetting about a concert he was booked to perform at on April 9 in Ohio. It just so happens that the timing of the lawsuit, coincidentally, was filed on 4/20.

"We set a date and signed a contract. I even sent the deposit to Afroman himself, right away. They must have just forgotten about our show," said the concert promoter who booked the singer.

Matt Crumpton, one of the plaintiff's lawyers, said in a press release, "The irony of the filing date of this lawsuit is not lost on me. I went to college." Crumpton then added that he tried to negotiate a settlement with the pot rapper, but refused.
