Late last night in Haiti, Wyclef Jean was treated and released from the hospital for a gunshot wound to the hand. Allegedly, gunmen open fired on Jean's fully armored BMW, which also contained Busta Rhymes. Nobody else in the car was injured, but details are sketchy since Wyclef is refusing to talk to police.
