Snoop Dogg building a bond with Steel City’s posterboy Wiz Khalifa was a no brainer. This affiliation gives Wiz the legitimate co-sign from a legend, while maintaining Snoop’s credibility among the younger generation. It’s a win-win situation for both elevated MCs who won’t come down from their high for years to come. Like the rappers’ blazed out mental states, the track (which samples the theme song from X-Men: The Animated Series from the ‘90s) gives off a zoned-out intonation. The visual features the self-proclaimed rap Cheech & Chong parking-lot pimping with trademark bops and shuffles. We think we found a new addition for our 420 playlist this year.
