On Monday, Eminem's Recovery hit stores. Given that it's the seventh studio album from one of rap's most illustrious artists, we've been thinking about Slim Shady's legendary lyrics a lot lately. If you're a Em fan (like we are), then you've probably wondered (like we have) about how many times he's said the word "fuck" or how many drugs he's done on record. Well, wonder no more, because Complex is proud to present The Mathers Index: Eminem's Lyrics By The Numbers, a series of infographics that break down the content on all of Eminem's studio albums. We counted every reference to some of the themes that we've come to associate with Slim Shady, whether it be drugs, phantasmagoric homophobia, name-dropping, or his sainted mother. So read up, but don't lose yourself in the numbers...

actually "kids" replaceed "kim" on the clean version of the MMLP ....so technically it was on an album

this is amazing. simply amazing. i mean, the concept is brilliant in itself, but the delivery makes it twice as good. whoever concocted the photoshop graphics needs to get a pay increase or i wouldn't be surprised to see Time magazine or some shit like that try to put him on. interesting correlation between the curses and murders too! bravo 'plex!

"Wah, wah, my mother's on drugs and abused me" "Wah, wah, wah, my wife a whore/druggy/cheater/slut" "I love my daughter" "Fart joke, gay joke, White joke" "Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, N'Sync" No Black rapper could get away with such elementary content and get THAT famous. No one denies Em can put words together funny, but he spits gobbledy gook and you wiggers eat it up.
