Just days after he appeared on Calvin Harris’ latest track “Rollin,” singer Khalid has been revealed as the new face of Forever 21. The 19-year-old has been tapped to star in the brand’s summer digital campaign for #F21XMUSIC as well as the Forever 21 Men’s line—a partnership that was teased more than a month ago.
Khalid, who dropped his debut studio album American Teen back in March, said the collaboration was a way to mix two of his biggest passions: music and style.
“Personal style is really important to my everyday life, so it’s really cool to be partnering with Forever 21 and F21XMUSIC this summer to spread the message and music of American Teen,” Khalid said in a press statement. "I made this album to freeze-frame where I am in life, at the beginning of young adulthood, and celebrating lots of incredible milestones for the first time.”
The Forever 21 Summer Collection will include private label items as well as a variety of brands. The digital campaign aims to highlight the versatility of the range, with a strong emphasis on denim jackets, trunks, and T-shirts.

The campaign deal was put together by music sponsorship agency MAC Presents and Khalid’s manager Courtney Stewart of Right Hand Music Group in partnership with Khalid’s agent Cara Lewis of Cara Lewis Group.
