Willow Smith might be busy acting as the newest brand ambassador for Chanel and taking the stage at music festivals, but she still manages to find time to design pieces for her line MSFTSrep. The 15-year-old multi-hyphenate has unveiled a new T-shirt that features her own original artwork.
The tee includes a drawing of an eye with the handwritten words "i see you" on the front and the word "gweelos" across the back. Smith and her brother Jaden have used the name "Gweelos" while performing together, but it's not exactly clear what it means. The shirt comes in two colorways: black with red contrasting stitching across the sleeves and waist hem, and white with blue stitching.
Willow and Jaden launched MSFTSrep through their creative collective that shares the same name. She shared several pictures of herself wearing the tee and covering her eyes on its Instagram. In one caption she wrote, "I am trying not to see the world through clouded eyes of ego and confusion and see everything through a divine lens (how it truly is) I hope this piece of clothing inspires you to do the same // I SEE YOU"
Jaden previously said that the label is about "dressing a generation" and that he wanted the shirts to look like "a mixture of Basquiat’s and Einstein’s personal notebooks," which explains the handwritten script.
Jaden also recently released some new tees under the line that featured images of the philosopher Martin Luther. "Before you wear this T-shirt, know that you are a walking symbol for this Movement Of Truth," he wrote on Instagram. "The revolution starts now. Welcome."
