Everyone has their thing. You might be the funny guy, the smart one, the good-looking one, or whatever. But once you have your thing, you gotta stick to it. That brings us to one bank robber's dilemma.
The man pictured above has now robbed a total of six banks in Manhattan and is still at large, according to DNA Info. And he's earned the reputation as a "dapper thief" thanks to his fashionable disguises. He's been captured by the cameras wearing bulky scarves, a panama hat, and what looks like a khaki shacket. He also never robs a bank without his trusty sunglasses. The ensembles led fashion outlet The Cut to call him the "stylish bank robber"—And it's a title he's deserving of. While most bank robbers would just go with the tried-and-true all-black outfit with a ski mask, he's at least trying to make some sort of fashion statement here.
Now that he's earned this title we can't imagine he'll want to let it go. The stylish bank robber is trapped in a vicious cycle where he needs to rob more banks to buy more stylish clothes and uphold this image. According to DNA Info, he made off with only $400 during his last robbery. He's going to need to step his game up if he really wants to get these fits off.
