Wood Wood Spring/Summer 2016 Gives Off Different Vibes

None

Wood Wood has something good going for itself in that it's an affordable, simple and stylish brand. Listen, I love the most extravagant and insane designer pieces as much as the next dude. I want to be able to take a photo of my clothing rack in my small apartment, heighten the exposure so it's almost all white and tag a bunch of labels to flex on all my friends and followers. But there's something to be said for keeping it relatively low-key at least some of the time. This is where Wood Wood comes in and their gear for S/S16, which we'll probably be seeing during market week later this month, gives me weird shades of The Big Lebowski, especially with those first few looks. You could be in the outskirts of Los Angeles, going bowling on a weekly basis even though the brand says it's drawing on '70s New York here. Sometimes I get different vibes than the ones dictated to me. What do you want from me, man? Here's the thing: Designers will give you all this information about the inspiration behind a collection and you can just go, "Sweet, well, I see this instead." And you're not wrong. Anyway, there's even a jacket with "UNFOLLOW" written on the back. I'm not sure you've ever needed something more in your entire life.
